REOPENING AND MOVING ON
Life After Covid
ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Richard Vazquez and this is my Data Science Project. This website will show my full analysis of NYC OPEN DATA and demonstrate the utilization of python3 libraries such as pandas, Seaborn, matplotlib.
OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCEÂ OF THIS PROJECT
A brief explanation
The objective of this project is to show the benefits of allowing streets to close down allowing residents to enjoy life outside during the pandemic. Many of these streets contain outdoor dining from restaurants. Some in my area have games set up or yoga classes during the day. All with the intentions of allowing people to socialize again while maintaining the social distancing and not increasing the rate of covid cases.

This project is important to me as someone with a brother who has health conditions that make it difficult to move around outside with lots of people, the analysis of this information would allow people who are susceptible to covid to roam around freely. Not to mention many healthy people who have suffered through lockdown, many have gotten depression from the lack of social interactions and inability to go outside. Meaning if we can implement more open streets we can reopen the city and improve the mental health of many
SECURITY AND PRIVACY CONSIDERATIONS
